Dale made his 10th trip to Key west from Vancover bc, We hit a few spots looking for tarpon but we only landed a nice jack. Our last spot for tarpon was a white sand spot looking for migrating tarpon along the Atlantic side of Key west, Dale missed his first shot but jumped the second fish we saw. We saw a few more fish before Dale put the crab in the spot and we were hooked up again, we got several jumps and about a 10 minute fight before the hook pulled. The wind made fishing dangerous so I ducked behind an island and got shallow, I pulled along a shallow flat and spooked my first permit, we got a shot at the second but he spooked just before he committed to eating the crab. We landed a nice Lemon shark before I headed to another flat looking for barracudas. We got 2 shot at cudas but we did not get any to eat.
